Buyer have a right to return parts without any reason withing 14 days period IF parts are unused. In this case buyer is responsible for shipping costs and safe packaging.

3) If the part came damaged, photo of delivery package;

In the complain, please inform us how do you want to solve the problem:

b) Send missing parts;
c) Return money.
The answer to your complain ussually takes up to 5 working days..

If the order is damaged please check uppon receiving. If you see any damaged on shipment ask the courier to fill a delivery report. If you courier declines to do that do not accept order at all.. .
